NVIDIA is looking for a Software Test and Tools development manager to join the NVIDIA GPU SWQA Team! You will play an exciting role that allows you to manage world class SWQA team and take full ownership of developing automated tests and tools to support high quality product releases . These products are designed to accelerate professional workflow, advanced gaming and enterprise features. You will be involved in developing and implementing automation testing strategies, automation roadmap, for new and existing features to achieve “Zero Defect” goal.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own all product release quality and work with the engineering team to define and execute project roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables. Manage project risk and mitigate, as necessary. Own providing strategy to automate software functionality, compatibility, security and performance quality coverage.

• Define and drive the overall test engineering strategy for our nvidia GPU products, establishing an engineering-focused approach to quality encompassing design for scalable test frameworks, tools, and methodologies and lead product testing and engineering efforts across a full-stack solution

• Design and implement automated tests incorporating AI technologies for NVIDIA's device driver software and SDKs on various Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Build tools/utility/framework in Python & C# which would help automate and optimize the testing workflows in GPU domain.

• Prioritizing team assignments and efforts; Supporting and enhancing the QA methodologies to ensure delivery of predictable, high-quality product releases

• Demonstrate the ability to translate organizational goals to SWQA deliverables

• Be hands-on to assist in improving process and procedures within the team. Help streamline day-to-day operations, workflows and practices. Lead by setting example

• Be a hands-on manager and develop next line of leadership within the team.

• Helping to define quality practices and metrics which serve as strong predictors for the post-release customer experience; Building up appropriate manual and automated test inventories to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization

• Timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks, helping the team remove impediments; Communicating the status and key quality metrics to leadership teams, and help drive improvement as necessary

• Engage closely with a range of cross functional teams including project management, hardware and software developers, and routinely share statistical data reports.

• Ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately

What We Need To See:

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MS or equivalent experience.

• 10+ overall years of experience with 5 years of leading and automation test and tools development teams.

• 5+ years’ experience in core programming languages such as Python/C/C++/Java/Selenium, should have thorough understanding of popular test automation architectures and the best industry practices.

• Prior experience as a technical manager; building and leading more than one project in parallel; with a growth mindset and outcome focused orchestration of deliverables.

• Expert in Windows and Linux OS fundamentals and configuration knowledge – Kernel, Networking, Windowing Systems, Commands and Utilities.

• Prior experience of crafting test plans for New Features and experience in device driver validation

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software automation and manual testing and share your knowledge with the team.

• Experience in working with device driver and ability to translate organization goals into QA goals and good written and verbal communication skills - concisely articulate knowledge and ideas.

• Excellent analytical skills for triaging, fixing and resolving issues and excellent command on data analysis and reporting; with experience in building Management Information Systems.

• Exposure on utilizing AIML and Agentic AI for accelerating and bringing efficiency in Development and QA workflows

• Ready to work onsite from Pune-India.
