We are looking for a creative and independent Networking IC and CPO Manufacturing Assy and Test Engineer. NVIDIA's invention of the GPU 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. What you'll be doing:

Top-down follow up revenue and business technology roadmap to manage OSAT
-
Bottom-up “Boots on the ground” owner at OSAT, Driving factory key objectives' / projects' progress and result. and performance metrics measurement
-
Coordinate R&D, NPI, and mass production activities with Eng/Planning/Operations/ OSAT stakeholders
-
Sustain capacity related factor, HW, TP/TT with expert team to contribute stable and healthy production performance.

This role requires the employee to be stationed in Taichung, Miaoli, Hsinchu on a long-term basis due to project and operational needs.
What we need to see:
-
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-
Bachelor Degree or proven experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Material Engineering or equivalent Optics background is an advantage.

8+ years test or product engineering experience Background with IC test manufacture process.
-
Familiar with IC manufacturing Assy and Test, hardware and software; Familiar OSAT management, with OSAT working culture and model.
-
Skilled to support PM role, coordinating among different expert teams. and managing the progress toward the goal/result/due.
