About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to shape the strategic vision and execution of our Product Marketing strategy. As the Product Marketing lead, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Research, and Marketing, driving clarity in how we position our products and translating business goals into compelling customer narratives.

You will operate with high autonomy, lead high-impact initiatives, and serve as a technical reference for the team. Beyond delivering results, you will help define the future of the function and raise the bar for our marketing craft.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Mkt leadership: Product Marketing partners with Product from the very beginning to shape roadmaps through customer insight, and defining an end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business priorities and product success metrics.

  • Value Proposition & Insights: Continuously evolve the customer value proposition, leveraging market and customer insights to shape product roadmaps and inform key business decisions.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and coach a team of Product Marketers, lead direct reports by setting clear expectations, building capabilities, and fostering an inclusive team culture.

  • High-Impact Execution: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across the Mexico division, delivering results through scalable, high-leverage solutions.

  • Customer Obsession: Own a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, translating insights into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market excellence.

  • Influence & Communication: Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert, influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and strong executive communications.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Product Marketing Expertise: 8–10+ years across Marketing, Product Marketing, and CRM, with experience delivering high-impact go-to-market and growth initiatives.

  • Execution Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership DNA: Sets a high quality bar, lives Nubank’s values (Thinking Like an Owner, Building Strong Teams), and mentors junior team members.

  • Ownership & Autonomy: Operates independently, owning initiatives end-to-end and driving execution with limited guidance.

  • Strategic & Business Acumen: Ability to design marketing and media strategies aligned to business goals and with measurable results.

  • Customer Obsession: Strong experience in segmentation, positioning, and translating customer insights into clear value propositions.

  • Communication & Influence: Clear, structured communicator with confidence presenting recommendations and results.

  • Language: Advanced English.
