About The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to be part of our founding team in Sydney. You will be instrumental in helping build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand our business across APAC. As an Account Executive, you will play an important role in defining/iterating on our sales motions, providing customer feedback to help shape our roadmap, and generating revenue to grow our sales business.
What You'll Achieve:

Help launch a once-in-a-generation company in Asia Pacific.

Help scale out the fastest growing team in APAC by landing and expanding new accounts in our Mid-Market segment (500-3,000 employees)

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewing deals across APAC.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:

5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

A net-new business mindset and comfort with greenfield out-bounding & land motion

Natural tendency to move with speed and velocity
-
Experience in complex consultative solution sales and consistently closing large figure deals

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative & quickly evolving environments

A deep understanding of our customers business objectives and challenges
-
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks and projects independently

Ability to operate within the grey and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity

You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
Nice to Haves:

Experience as an early sales or GTM hire at a fast-growing start-up

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of AI solutions & landscape

Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition
