JOB SUMMARY:

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and governance for Smartsheet and Jira as enterprise-grade platforms within the organization.
• Ensure these tools are strategically aligned with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and operate under a consistent governance framework.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to expand platform capabilities, standardize processes, and promote adoption, while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency..

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Smartsheet and Jira, align enhancements and new capabilities with enterprise priorities, IT governance standards, and user needs.
• Establish, document, and maintain governance models, configuration standards, and best practices to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable solutions across the organization.
• Oversee platform configuration, license management, integrations, and security settings in collaboration with IT compliance, Infrastructure, and other supporting IT teams.
• Partner with business units to understand requirements, evaluate solution requests, and prioritize features and enhancements that maximize enterprise value.
• Lead forums for stakeholder alignment and roadmap updates.
• Identify opportunities to expand platform use cases, drive adoption through targeted training, and implement solutions that reduce manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision making.
• Manage relationships with Smartsheet and Atlassian (Jira) representatives, escalating issues, influencing product direction, and leveraging vendor resources for enablement and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and manage integrations between Smartsheet, Jira, Service Now, Clarity, and other enterprise systems to enhance workflows and data synchronization.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure platform effectiveness, adoption, and ROI.
• Use insights to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal resources and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues, minimize downtime, and provide a seamless user experience.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to platform security, compliance, or performance, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS: DEGREE TYPE:

• Bachelor's Degree.

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

• Related field of study.
• Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Masters Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education..

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems ownership, or enterprise tool administration, with direct experience managing Smartsheet and/or Jira at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, process automation, and integrations between enterprise platforms.
• Experience in change management, training program development, and driving platform adoption across diverse teams..

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps for enterprise applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira administration, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Familiarity with related tools such as Confluence, Control Center (Smartsheet), Smartsheet Bridge, and API integration frameworks preferred..

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:

• Preferred certifications:Smartsheet: System Administrator Certification, Solution Certification Project & Process Management
• JIRA: ACP JCA, ACP MJCP, ACP MJDP, ACP MJSP.
