Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2). The position will be in our NG facility located in Rocket Center, WV just outside of Cumberland, MD. The Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) site in Rocket Center designs, develops and manufactures tactical rocket motors, medium caliber ammunition, composite components and end items, and fuse and electronics equipment. For decades, the dedicated and highly skilled team at ABL have supported national security efforts by developing and building defense systems for DoD customers and U.S. allies.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prepare Estimate at Completion in support of Corporate requirements
• Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue and cash
• Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects
• Work with program team and support required program meetings
• Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing
• Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint
• Support Customer required reporting requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following: High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience, Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience
• OR - a Master's degree with 0+ years of related experience
• Experience with detailed financial data and providing variances analysis
• Successful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptability
• Must be a US citizen
• Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred with degree in Business Administration or Accounting highly preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred
• Deltek or Costpoint experience
• Analytical Skills
• Presentation skills
• Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multi task
• Self-motivated and works well in team environment
• Experience with Earned Value Management System reporting

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
