The Opportunity

This is more than just a job; it’s a mission.As a Lead Cloud Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in our Infrastructure Team, supporting customers on their journey to refactor, replatform, and rehost mission-critical systems into AWS. You’ll deliver mission value by transforming systems, improving reliability, reducing costs, and enabling organisational agility through Infrastructure as Code and Dev Sec Ops practices.

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders to design AWS and hybrid-cloud systems.
• Design and build secure, scalable solutions in AWS.
• Administer Linux and Windows-based systems.
• Design and troubleshoot IP networking systems for AWS and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Automate deployment, operation, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience in IT systems design, deployment, and administration, with recent technical or team leadership roles.
• AWS Certified to Associate level with hands-on experience in designing and deploying cloud solutions.
• Strong administration skills for Linux and Windows operating systems in large environments.
• Expertise in IPv4 networking (Subnetting, OSPF Routing, VLANs, VPNs).
• Experience automating tasks using Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet, or Python.
