Major Duties :
- Provides solutions to problems in situations that are business as usual and of increasing complexity based on practice and existing precedents or procedures with oversight • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency • Supports more senior team members with projects, auditing client data, inquiry resolution, and other tasks in support of client relationships • Work with internal operations and client servicing partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all information provided to clients • In some cases, provide data quality oversight of work completed by more junior IRAS partners • Independently produce standard and some custom reporting, with oversight • May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience Knowledge :
- Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems or requires deep skills in a single area • Understands how the IRAS team integrates with other teams within Business Services, C&IS, and Wealth Management to accomplish team objectives • Explains detailed and/or complicated information within the team Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, technology or related field • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably acquired through experience as a performance analyst • Interest in, or progress towards CFA, CIPM, CAIA or other investments-related professional designation is a plus • Use of Microsoft Office tools, advanced Excel skills preferred • Exposure to Northern Trust or third party financial software is a plus
