The ideal nail technician is personable, meticulous and committed to providing our clients a soothing spa experience.

A day in the life…

• Greet clients and provide a thorough consultation of individual needs
• Provide professional nail services, including, but not limited to, manicures and pedicures
• Suggest retail products to clients
• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new products and services, and invite them to upcoming events

You own this if you have…

• Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive professional nail techniques required; previous salon/spa experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment
• Proof of all required licensing by the state

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$20.80 - $21.60 Hourly

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
