  • Escalate risks, dependencies, or scope changes appropriately to leadership or Program Manager partners

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Training and Execution Program Office to:

  • Align on priorities, sequencing, and timelines

  • Execute components of larger learning journeys and onboarding experiences

  • Surface execution risks and opportunities for improvement

  • Participate in status calls and working sessions as needed to ensure alignment and momentum

Project Tracking & Communication

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking artifacts

  • Communicate clear, consistent project status updates, including milestones, risks and mitigations, dependencies and decisions needed

  • Adjust execution plans as business needs evolve, while maintaining delivery discipline

Quality Control & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform ongoing quality checks throughout project execution to ensure content accuracy, alignment to AP standards and messaging, and consistent learner experience

  • Identify execution gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

  • Apply feedback and lessons learned to improve future training initiatives

Performance & Impact Accountability
