The ideal Flex Photographer is motivated, results-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

A day in the life…

• Light and shoot digital photography and video to support e-commerce fashion operations.
• Manages and optimizes digital assets, ensuring high-quality image processing, and supports creative teams.
• Collaborate with both studio peers and external partners to identify and implement improvements to the image creation process, streamlining workflow and driving efficiency.
• Manage color accuracy and lighting quality for optimal consistency across studios.
• Identify production issues and proactively implement solutions that align with studio KPI’s.

**You own this if you have… **

• 5+ years of fashion/product e-commerce photography experience; portfolio required
• Professional experience in a high volume, high production environment, with proven ability to achieve continuous improvement.
• Ability to build positive relationships across teams and drive the direction of photography and process in a studio environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner and manage change in a positive and proactive way.
• Strong technical proficiency with advanced knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Capture One software and color calibration software

This is a flexible schedule, as needed position and not full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$33.25 - $53.00 Hourly

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
