About the role
Job Description
Our mission at Nordstrom is to empower our customers to feel good and look their best. You'll be part of a team that works hard to engage and reward our customers and drive customer growth every day.

- Drive Impact: Embed with the Engineering squad to drive progress against deliverables through day-to-day backlog management, agile ceremonies, and launch planning
- Continuous Discovery and Insights: Monitor key KPI performance; benchmark results and stay current with customer and market research to identify improvements and feature opportunities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Contribute to a product vision aligned with company goals and business priorities, and evangelize with your squad and key stakeholders
