As the manager of a unit, you’ll play many roles — you’ll be a coach, a mentor, a customer experience guru and a business driver.

A day in the life…

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
• Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service
• Support the success of your unit by keeping our customers happy, implementing the store strategy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down

You own this if you have…

• Knowledge about fresh beverages and quality food, with a keen interest in learning more
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule
• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• Solid communications skills and basic accounting skills
• Specialty Coffee only: Been there and done that for 2+ years in coffee bar management
• Restaurant only: Been there and done that for 2+ years in full service, upscale restaurant management

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Colorado: $48,000- $77,000 annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
