About the role We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to guide and elevate our graphic design team, with a focus on performance-driven design. This role sits between hands-on design and leadership. As a Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll help designers solve problems, develop stronger concepts, and deliver high-quality work. You’ll act as a design partner and mentor, as well as an art director, while also contributing creatively when needed. You’ll be responsible for design quality, clarity, and consistency—ensuring our visual output meets both brand and business goals.
