We are seeking a highly experienced hardware design leader to drive the definition, development, and delivery of complex, next-generation hardware solutions. This role operates at a strategic and hands-on technical level, influencing system architecture, product direction, and industry standards while serving as a senior subject-matter expert across the organization. The position requires deep expertise in translating system-level requirements into robust, industry-leading hardware designs and leading large, complex development initiatives with significant scope, risk, and impact.
- Deep expertise in hardware architecture, board‑level design, and system‑level integration for complex products.
- Proven experience leading large‑scale hardware product development in a global, matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of hardware/software co‑design and end‑to‑end system engineering.
- Advanced skills in design modeling, simulation, validation, and engineering analysis.
