You will be part of a new team in the MN RAN R&D BBSoC Unit, responsible for developing software to meet the Definition of Done for Cloud RAN applications. We are looking for a seasoned and skilled Senior Software Engineer to work on specifying, designing, implementing, and testing software, while also supporting program planning and agile activities. In addition, you will engage with the open-source community and contribute to the broader BBSoC RCP Platform.
You have:
- 3+ years of experience in software development and testing
- Strong expertise in C++ or Golang or Python for development and testing
- Experience with Linux environments and embedded systems
- Hands-on experience with the NVIDIA CUDA platform and GPU-accelerated computing is considered an advantage
It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with Agile software development and CI/CD practices

Understanding of cloud runtime environments

Experience with Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) principles, including Kubernetes
-
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g. Red Hat, AWS, Azure, GCP)
-
Experience with wireless protocols, especially LTE and NR
-
Knowledge of open-source and community contributions
-
Lead software implementation and integration
-
Design system architecture for Cloud RAN applications

Plan and collaborate globally on development tasks
-
Maintain platform, DevOps, and continuous integration
-
Conduct testing, QA, and troubleshooting
-
Drive quality improvements and optimize build times
-
Lead internal projects and knowledge sharing
-
Engage with open-source communities and shape the future of Cloud RAN technology
