If you join the NPI (New Product Introduction) Support Team you will assist in the deployment and integration of Nokia’s products and solutions into customer environments.
Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas as full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months.
We know how busy student life can get — that’s why we offer flexible working hours.
Location: Wrocław, Remote
Must-Have:
- Active status of student for minimum a year
- Good communication in English and good interpersonal skills
- Administration skills in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions
Nice-to-have:

Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Basic understanding of telecommunications technologies

Programming background with Python and Bash is a plus

Assist in the introduction of new products and solutions into customer networks

Support deployment processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements

Provide basic technical support during the NPI phase

Support the preparation of technical documentation and presentations

Observe and learn about NPI processes, contributing ideas for improvement

Assist in gathering feedback to enhance product quality and reliability
