If you join the NPI (New Product Introduction) Support Team you will assist in the deployment and integration of Nokia’s products and solutions into customer environments.

Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas as full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months.

We know how busy student life can get — that’s why we offer flexible working hours.

Location: Wrocław, Remote

Must-Have:

  • Active status of student for minimum a year
  • Good communication in English and good interpersonal skills
  • Administration skills in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions

Nice-to-have:

  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

  • Basic understanding of telecommunications technologies

  • Programming background with Python and Bash is a plus

  • Assist in the introduction of new products and solutions into customer networks

  • Support deployment processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements

  • Provide basic technical support during the NPI phase

  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and presentations

  • Observe and learn about NPI processes, contributing ideas for improvement

  • Assist in gathering feedback to enhance product quality and reliability
