Nokia's CNS Enterprise Campus Edge is positioned to lead in private wireless and industrial automation solutions for enterprise and government customers, supporting campus and wide-area network architectures with business-driven decision-making and cloud-based deployment models.

The Enterprise segment is dynamic and fast-growing, with enterprises digitizing at a faster pace than CSPs. To meet evolving customer needs, the CNS Enterprise Campus Edge Commercial Management team is expanding and seeks a Pricing Manager to craft competitive commercial propositions while supporting strategic business operations.

  • Education & Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or Law with 5+ years in sales, sales management support, or commercial roles (e.g., pricing, contract management).

  • Sales & Commercial Knowledge:

Strong understanding of sales, bid, and commercial processes, including MoO, RACI, pricing, finance, contracts, and T&Cs.

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in pricing tools (e.g., WTD, Nokia Pricing Tool) and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

Fluent in English, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders; a team player.

  • Problem-Solving & Organization:

Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize under time pressure while supporting global customers.

  • Adaptability & Initiative:

Flexible, pragmatic, and committed to high-quality work; proactive in challenging the status quo and driving transformation.

  • Support global pricing execution for a diverse range of customers.
  • Design and execute commercial cases, including pricing mechanisms, negotiation tactics, and terms to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with competitive positioning, solution portfolio profitability, and business group guidelines.
  • Lead price execution, commercial strategy, and offer approval processes (License to Deal) for the business group.
  • Optimize pricing through market analysis, process automation, and simplification.
  • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, etc.) to improve pricing execution and accelerate Enterprise Campus Edge growth.
