As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the testing and development of our Wi Fi Mesh products. Your expertise in Wi Fi/WFA testing, IEEE 802.11 standards, and network protocols will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality and performance of our products. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and development teams to define testing strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and execute rigorous testing procedures. Your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be key in identifying and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Wi Fi/WFA related product testing, with a strong understanding of Wi Fi Alliance System testing guidelines.

• Deep knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, etc.) and related network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).

• Hands-on experience with Testing/Traffic Simulation Tools, such as Spirent, for Wi Fi Mesh testing.

• Exposure to Test Automation and experience with automation development in Python and Shell, as well as automation frameworks like Robot and Selenium.

• Strong understanding of Testing Concepts & Methodologies, Test Strategy, and Test Plan development.

• Analytical skills and a proven track record of problem-solving in complex technical environments.

• Good understanding of RF Antenna specifications and their impact on Wi Fi Mesh systems.

• Working knowledge of GPON technologies is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists in Wi Fi Mesh testing.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Wi Fi/WFA products, ensuring coverage of all relevant features and functionalities.

• Conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of Wi Fi Mesh systems, identifying and resolving technical issues.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide valuable feedback and suggestions for product improvements.

• Stay updated with the latest Wi Fi technologies, standards, and industry trends, ensuring our testing practices remain current.

• Document and report test results, providing clear and concise feedback to stakeholders.

• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure consistent and high-quality testing practices.

• Participate in project planning and provide estimates for testing efforts, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
