Architecture (ART) covers the development of end-to-end solution architecture designed to meet specific needs and works as a part of a customer team. Contains the definition of an architecture which comprises an integration design and specification of products and / or services which makeup the solution.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network management and optimization, with expertise in tools like Manta Ray NM (Net Act), SON, and other OSS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, automation tools, and AI/ML applications in network management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Experience in designing and implementing network management architectures.
- Familiarity with Nokia's product portfolio and solutions is highly desirable.
- Fluent Japanese language requirement as this is a full customer interfacing role

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Develop end-to-end network management and optimization solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Design scalable and robust architectures for network management systems, including Manta Ray NM, Net Act, and SON solutions.
- Ensure alignment with Nokia's product portfolio, customer needs, and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams during the implementation of NMO solutions.
- Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on NMO-related technologies and solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal teams on NMO products and solutions.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with customers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.
- Optimization and Automation: Drive automation initiatives within network management systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement AI/ML-based optimization techniques to enhance network performance and reduce operational costs.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers on NMO solutions and best practices.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for NMO products.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to ensure Nokia's offerings remain cutting-edge.
