As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of the Charging & Mediation domain, driving end-to-end delivery with full accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and cost management. You will define and execute delivery strategies, oversee software upgrade deployments, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business and revenue milestones. This role gives you the opportunity to lead resourcing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence change management decisions that shape project success. You’ll also partner with pre-sales teams to support solution design and cost optimization, making a tangible impact on customer outcomes.
You have
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree with related field with 10 to 15 years of experience as a senior leader in project management and services/care delivery.
- A solid understanding of Charging & Mediation architecture
- Proficiency in SW development, integration services, CICD, and automation frameworks
- Understanding of cost control and budgeting
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Japanese

Leads key and less complex projects that positively contribute to business or operation impact such as streamlining processes and tools for efficiency in functional, region or local operation.

Manages the execution of a program of medium complexity against agreed program targets.

Is responsible for project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, project assets, and customer satisfaction.

Interfaces with key stakeholders at business area leadership.

Owns and manages customer relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.

Ensures contract execution is based on Nokia methodology and applicable BG guidelines and processes.

Ensures proper communication to relevant stakeholders for technical requests, emergency cases, outages and project delivery issues

Monitors, reports and optimizes services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (EG Project Management, PMO, customer)

Leads central and local technical delivery of own scope, in coordination with PM and when applicable with E2E TPM.

Acts as primary technical interface and first escalation point within the project for relevant Domain Product and Delivery issues.

Responsible for Domain technical delivery, ensures delivery in line with committed Domain scope, timelines, key (revenue) milestones, technical delivery costs vs ASBL and quality.

Contributes/pushes for acceptance certification for all milestones as defined in the SOW / payment plan.

Responsible for the adoption of DevOps blueprints that are available for the product(s) being implemented.

Supports Care Handover and project closure with the PM and liaises with the Care contact pre and post project completion.

Promotes the use of best practices and reusables for the project.

Accountable for E2E SW Upgrade Service (SUS) deliverable for respective Domain.

Align and support on delivery sign-off, PTA hand over and acknowledge S&C Domain delivery plan, scope, cost, solution, resources, risks & acceptance.

Track the ASBL at all times & follow NCC process including mitigation plans and root cause analysis.

Approve time booking in ngERM and ensure cost adherence to ASBL.
-
Ensures that resources adhere to quality standards during deployment.

Responsible for Delivery Project Performance management reports and KPIs, for respective Domain.

Attend Monthly Project review and responsible to present the Domain project deliverables and change.
