The Project Delivery Organization (PD) provides onshore and nearshore expertise to support Mobile Networks projects across Europe, covering roles from Project Managers to Engineers and Technical Managers. PD resources are organized by competencies and continuously developed in line with evolving technologies, service portfolios, career paths, and capability demand. Operating in 37 European countries, PD collaborates both remotely and on-site with customers, PD members, and key Nokia stakeholders.
Within PD, the Network Management and Optimization (NMO) stream delivers project engineering expertise for the deployment of Operations Support Systems (OSS) such as Net Act and Manta Ray.
