As the Solution Services Lead, you will spearhead the delivery and integration of our third-party product offerings. You will act as the central authority on managing the unique complexities of external vendor solutions, ensuring our customers receive seamless and high-quality integrations and our sales process will benefit from pre-defined services work packages accelerating and simplifying the offer creation. Beyond productization and direct project involvement, you will serve in a leadership capacity to mentor peers and represent our unit's strategic vision for third-party partnerships to key stakeholders across the business, participate in vendor selection and take part in vendor communication and relationship management.
- Proven experience in service delivery and integration, with a strong focus on handling third-party or vendor products.
- Demonstrated success in scoping, pricing, and creating detailed customer offers and service agreements.
- Deep understanding of the operational, technical, and commercial challenges associated with external vendor ecosystems.
- Natural leadership capabilities with a track record of supporting, guiding, and enabling peers in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively advocate for the unit's strategy.
- 3rd Party Product Integration:
Evaluate, select, and integrate third‑party software or hardware components into comprehensive solution offerings.
- Solution Definition:
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define solution architectures, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance of integrated components.
- Service Package Development:
Define and document service work packages (installation, configuration, maintenance, support) associated with each third‑party functionality.
- Cost and Resource Dimensioning:
Estimate effort, time, and resource requirements for implementing and maintaining each service package, aligning them with pricing and business models.
- Standardization and Productization:
Create standardized, repeatable service offerings that can be efficiently delivered and scaled across projects or customers.
- Technical Documentation:
Develop and maintain clear documentation describing solution designs, integration methods, and service scope definitions.
- Vendor Management:
Maintain strong relationships with third‑party suppliers, ensuring up‑to‑date knowledge of product capabilities, updates, and support processes.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, delivery, and operations teams to translate technical features into customer‑facing value propositions and deliverable service offerings.
- Quality & Compliance Assurance:
Ensure all integrated components and services comply with security, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:
Monitor solution performance, collect feedback from delivery teams and customers, and refine service packages for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
