The Account Manager at Nokia is focused on strategically managing and expanding key customer accounts within the Network Infrastructure portfolio. This role entails driving revenue growth through comprehensive account planning, relationship building with C-level executives, and leading complex sales negotiations in both Japanese and English. You have:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in strategic sales or account management within telecommunications or IT

  • Proven track record of selling network infrastructure solutions to key accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • Fluent in Japanese and English, with exceptional communication skills

  • Experience in leading complex sales cycles and negotiating large-scale contracts

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (e.g., IP/MPLS, Optical Transport)

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience in mentoring junior sales professionals

  • Ability to develop and execute competitive market strategies

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets for Nokia's Network Infrastructure solutions.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and closing complex deals.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, communicating the technical and business benefits of solutions.

  • Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market analysis to inform competitive strategies and differentiate offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer engagement.

  • Manage sales forecasts and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing performance reports.
