The Microsoft 365 Solution Designer ensures reliable, secure, and efficient day‑to‑day operations of Nokia’s Microsoft 365 environment. As part of the O365 Operations team, you will design operational configurations, maintain platform health, drive standardization, and implement incremental improvements (automation, guardrails, and runbooks) across Exchange Online, Share Point Online, Teams, and other Office components. The focus is on stable operations and hands‑on ownership of incident resolution, change execution, and service hygiene.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of equivalent field of study with 6+ years in O365 technology experience, Office / Microsoft 365 Services, Azure Active Directory
• Experience with M365 applications (e.g. Exchange online, Share Point online, MS Teams, Office Package, etc ) and operations, L3-L2 support, on-call support
• Ability to work in a virtual, global environment, teamwork, Technology enthusiast, Demonstrates a high passion and drive, Fluent in English (verbal, writing)
• Analytical and problem solving skills, Strong cross-functional skills, transcending across global teams, Willingness to take responsibility, develop and learn
