Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

You have:

• Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
• Open to work from Wroclaw (hybrid model)
• Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
• Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
• Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies

As part of our team, you will:

• Cooperate and conduct negotiations with the external companies regarding Nokia HW disposals
• Actively looking for the HW that could be potentially reused, sold, or scrapped.
• Managing Import/export issues
• Coordinate Transport companies locally and across the world
