Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.
You have:
- Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
- Open to work from Wroclaw (hybrid model)
- Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
- Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
- Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies
As part of our team, you will:
- Cooperate and conduct negotiations with the external companies regarding Nokia HW disposals
- Actively looking for the HW that could be potentially reused, sold, or scrapped.
- Managing Import/export issues
- Coordinate Transport companies locally and across the world
