
Procurement Analyst - TSS
About the role
The Procurement Analyst – TSS plays a critical role in executing procurement strategies by managing tactical sourcing activities and supporting operational excellence across the procurement lifecycle. This role works closely with business stakeholders and Global Category Managers (GCMs) to ensure sourcing initiatives align with organizational objectives related to cost optimization, quality, risk mitigation, and compliance.
In this role, you will handle a high volume of procurement activities, drive sourcing events, support contract lifecycle management, and contribute to supplier and stakeholder engagement. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance procurement processes, tools, and efficiency while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of tactical sourcing and contract lifecycle management
- Experience with RFx tools and e-sourcing platforms
- Understanding of indirect procurement categories is preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Power Platform knowledge is a plus
- Manage and validate Purchase Requests (PRs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with procurement policies
- Execute end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and cost analysis to support sourcing decisions
- Support and participate in commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract terms
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including drafting, execution, renewals, and documentation
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and approvals
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and data management processes
- Drive catalogue enablement and promote spend standardization and optimization
- Support e-sourcing and auction activities, including event setup, supplier communication, and reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing demand pipeline and priorities
- Monitor sourcing performance metrics and ensure SLA adherence
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support digital and automation initiatives
