Solution Services Architect
As a Solutions Services Architect at Nokia, you will design tailored end-to-end solutions aligned with customer needs. Working with cross-functional teams, you will develop robust architectures integrating products and services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business requirements and innovation, driving customer satisfaction and delivering impactful, high-quality results.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (or related field) with 10+ years of experience in telecom network assessment, optimization, and solution architecture.
- Deep expertise in core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE) and related protocols, with strong proficiency in network management, monitoring, and audit tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios

Lead end-to-end core network assessment and optimization projects, defining scope, methodology, timelines, and resources in alignment with customer objectives.

Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, including data collection, KPI analysis, and architecture reviews using industry-standard and Nokia tools.

Analyze network performance, capacity, resiliency, and security to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Translate findings into actionable solution designs, optimization roadmaps, and prioritized technical recommendations.

Act as the primary technical interface with customers, supporting implementation, validation, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
