Location: Wroclaw, hybrid

Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Customs Clearance and Logistics Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

You have:

  • Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
  • Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
  • Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
  • Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of Incoterms
  • Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies
  • Cooperate and conduct negotiations with Customs Office and Compliance Management
  • Manage customs issues like customs duties, and VAT, and cooperate with external Customs Agencies
  • Handle ECCN procedure (cooperation with internal and external partners, ABW reporting)
  • Import/ export issues
  • Transport companies locally and across the world
