We are looking for a Global Early Careers Programs Lead to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our Early Careers (EC) initiatives globally. In this role, you will be engaged across the full Early Careers cycle, including talent acquisition, recruitment, development, and engagement of early talent.
You will help ensure a consistent and positive experience for students, interns, and graduates/ junior, while contributing to the development of a strong global Early Careers community.
- Experience in Early Careers, talent programs, HR, or program coordination
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of motivation, ownership, and proactive attitude
- Interest in developing early talent and supporting global programs
The final decision on the job grade/position level will be determined based on the comprehensive evaluation of the selected candidate's skills and experience.
- Support the delivery of global Early Careers programs (graduates, interns, and student initiatives)
- Manage and coordinate the Early Careers community
- Support improvements and changes within Early Careers programs
- Assist with day-to-day program coordination and problem solving
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution
- Informal coaching and mentoring of early careers employees and facilitation of EC workshops and trainings
