You have:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in designing and delivering complex, cross-domain, end-to-end solutions.
- Strong expertise in Telco Core networks, Cloud, and Data Centers.
- A solid understanding of pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical issues across multiple domains.
- A self-driven approach with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong business ownership and leadership skills.
- The ability to bring structure to unstructured environments.
It would be nice if you also had:
- A deep understanding of system engineering and integration methodologies.
- Prior experience in technical project management.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and make a significant impact on Nokia’s customer success.
You will be responsible for designing and architecting complex solutions that involve cross-domain technologies, third-party integrations, and large-scale deployments. Acting as the technical authority, you will lead the end-to-end solution design, ensuring that all components work cohesively to meet the customer’s business and technical requirements.
During the pre-sales phase, you will collaborate with the sales and bid teams to define the technical delivery strategy, including requirements gathering, solution scoping, risk assessment, and technical governance. You will also play a key role in customer engagements, helping to articulate Nokia’s value proposition and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer’s vision.
In the delivery phase, you will oversee the technical execution of the solution, driving collaboration across various technical streams and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will lead technical negotiations, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure that the solution meets all contractual KPIs, including end-to-end quality of service and stability.
You will also establish and manage technical support processes, coordinate with engineering teams to address unresolved issues, and ensure a smooth handover of the solution to operations.
