• Fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge of RHEL (Red Hat)/CentOS Linux, docker, Kubernetes, Python, etc.
  It would be nice if you also had:
• Knowledge of WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology
• Familiarity with carrier networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OPSF, VPNs, QoS, Security, etc.

• Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities
• Create and review Methods of Procedures prior to implementation
• Provide problem-resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel
• Participate in Dry-Run, Field Trials and Preliminary Acceptance Tests
