About the role
As a People Data Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative HR solutions aligned with Nokia’s strategic goals, while enhancing the employee experience and streamlining HR processes. In this role, you will use your expertise in HR tools, such as Oracle Fusion, to support HR-related activities effectively. Your knowledge will enable you to efficiently contribute to projects across various markets and industries, ensuring consistency and quality in people data management.
Must have:
- Experience in HR data management, HR programs, policies, and transactional HR processes
- Strong experience with HR systems and tools, such as Oracle Fusion, workdays
- Ability to analyze data, ensure data quality, and make independent, accurate decisions
- Experience supporting administrative, transactional, and project-related HR activities
- Educational background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
Nice to have:
- Experience working with automation tools like power apps, power automate, excel Power query, flow, etc.
- Exposure to global or regional HR processes across multiple markets
- Experience in documentation creation and knowledge management
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives for HR tools or processes
- Experience mentoring or supporting onboarding of new team members
- Provide specialized expertise in HR programs and policies to drive process efficiency and support organizational objectives.
- Complete PDS transactional changes and actions as assigned, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer and support HR activities, including administrative, transactional, and project-related tasks.
- Analyze data, ensure data quality, and provide actionable recommendations and independent decisions where required.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge management materials to support HR processes.
- Address and resolve questions and issues in global and regional HR processes within scope, in collaboration with IT and process owners.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to HR tools, processes, and projects.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to projects that enhance employee experience and support Nokia’s inclusive workplace mission.
