- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
- Proficiency in SAP (MM/PP modules), Excel, and data analytics tools
- Experience in the telecommunication or electronics manufacturing industry
- Nice-To-Have:
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Leadership and team development capabilities
- Manage daily execution of customer orders and optimize inventory allocation during supply shortages.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with Demand and Supply Planning teams to provide accurate lead times and ETAs.
- Lead daily production reviews with the Factory Cross-Functional Team (CFT).
- Proactively identify supply gaps and develop strategies to minimize customer impact.
- Perform simulations to assess demand and supply scenarios, recommending optimal actions.
- Drive initiatives to address slow-moving and obsolete inventory through reallocation or promotions.
- Communicate order fulfillment status effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
