As an Optical Test Station Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art optical test stations. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of our optical testing solutions, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and researchers, leveraging your expertise to create efficient and effective test stations that meet the highest industry standards.

Must-Have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in optical and electrical test or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of optical principles and testing methodologies.

Proficiency in Electrical design software and simulation tools.

Experience with source code control systems

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with automated test equipment and control systems.

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fixture or PCB Thermal design experience.

Experience with PCB Layout RF and low Freq signals.

Lead the design and development of optical test stations, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test stations into our overall testing infrastructure.

Develop and implement test protocols and procedures, ensuring accurate and repeatable results.

Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product performance and reliability.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in optical testing technologies and incorporate them into our solutions.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
