Position: Global Project Management Office Intern
Location: Bogota, Colombia
The Global Project Management Office Intern supports the analysis and improvement of project performance across markets, contributing to KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to global project governance, digital reporting tools, and cross-regional collaboration within a global PMO environment.
Education Recommendations: Students on last semesters of Business Administration, Science Computers, Engineering, and similar.
You have:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of project and cost management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with data analysis and trends.

Ability to work effectively as a team member, collaborate across boundaries, and influence stakeholders.

Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps is a significant advantage.

Oversee project performance and reporting / follow-up activities.

Support and implement specific programs for KPI improvement, such as Project Turnaround initiatives.

Track and manage corrective actions based on management decisions and actual project performance.

Monitor and ensure on-time and on-budget project deliveries.

Support Execute (Nokia’s Project Management methodology) adherence across all markets.

Identify performance trends and harmonize Market Services business practices.

Support the deployment of automation processes, specifically for KPIs, performance tracking, and financial planning as well as digitalization of governance and internal processes

Engage with regional teams in best practice sharing across projects, customers, and markets.
