You have:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronic/Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in software development with 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Senior role

• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale applications

• Experience in building NMS/EMS or OSS applications and exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB

It would be nice if you also had:

• Advanced programming expertise in Python, Go, or Java with system design experience

• Familiarity with cloud-native stacks like Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh

• Knowledge of messaging/streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• You will leverage your advanced programming skills in Python, Go, or Java to tackle complex challenges, enhancing system design and performance optimization.

• Use your expertise in cloud-native stacks like Kubernetes and Docker, alongside databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, to build and optimize distributed systems.

• You’ll enjoy hands-on experience with large-scale applications while contributing to the development of NMS/EMS or OSS applications

• Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to enhance team productivity and code quality.

• Perform design and code reviews, mentor mid/junior developers to foster their growth and technical skills.

• Guide the implementation of network/device management protocols including SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF, and gNMI.
