主要职责：
· 带领陈列团队，负责门店陈列调整与维护。包括相关工作的计划，执行，反馈以及陈列物 料的管理
· 执行当季和每月的视觉陈列和造型策略，配合团队完成店内所有元素执行（橱窗、模特、 灯光、整体陈列）
· 关注畅销品的陈列状况。以陈列手段配合换季货品的清理。以陈列为工具，推动销售达成。
· 辅导，监督，培训和发展陈列团队成员。
· 计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，就 员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见
· 协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划，推动经 营成果发展
职位要求：
· 大学学历并且具有 2-5 年的相关经验，其中 2 年以上的陈列经验。基本功扎实。能够完成 KPI 分析，以陈列为工具，达成业务目标
· 具有主动沟通意识和较强的辅导能力
· 具有卖场营运经验，可以完成门店值班工作
