**Lead, Sport Direct to Consumer Business - NIKE, Inc.
- Beaverton, OR.**Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives for the marketplace; develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to support revenue growth and brand development; oversee day-to-day omnichannel operations, including e-commerce, retail, merchandising, and marketing activities; coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product and merchandising to align with overall business and brand objectives; analyze market trends, consumer data, and sales performance to inform strategic and operational decisions; partner with finance and business planning teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance; oversee pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies to optimize sales and profitability; lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency across digital and physical retail channels; represent the marketplace function in executive-level discussions and contribute to overall brand and commercial strategy; drive strategic partnerships, collaborations, and special projects to support business growth and organizational transformation; and perform other related duties as required to support the ongoing development and growth of the direct-to-consumer business. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising,
or Business and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation.
