Lead, Growth Media Creators & Partnerships NA at Nike
About the role
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Nike’s Growth Media organization, partnering closely with Brand, Social, and Performance Marketing teams. You’ll lead the paid creator and editorial partner ecosystem, working cross‑functionally and with agency partners to scale culturally relevant storytelling that drives both brand impact and business results.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a creator marketing leader who understands how culture, commerce, and conversation intersect. This person brings deep expertise across creator platforms and knows how to deploy creators with intention—choosing the right moments, the right voices, and the right amplification to drive meaningful impact.
They combine strong commercial acumen with creative rigor, holding a high bar for editorial quality while staying grounded in performance, measurement, and learning. This leader is comfortable owning revenue‑driving channels, influencing across teams, and building systems that allow creator work to scale from tentpole moments into always‑on storytelling. They are decisive, analytical, and deeply collaborative—able to translate insight into action and clarity into momentum.
Required qualifications

- Proven experience managing revenue‑driving channels and optimizing toward incremental growth
- Experience leading agencies and external partners with strong stakeholder management skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead Nike’s paid creator strategy across North America, defining when and how creator work shows up to drive outsized brand conversation and measurable action. You’ll build the ecosystem, set the standards, and ensure creator storytelling scales with consistency, credibility, and performance.
- Lead creator strategy across key platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and Tik Tok, aligned to brand and growth priorities
- Define the framework for when and why creator work is amplified during key brand and product moments
- Own channel performance, including revenue, profitability, and incremental impact
- Oversee the creator and editorial ecosystem, including publisher relationships and affiliate partnerships
- Recruit, vet, and negotiate commerce creators aligned to Nike’s values and core consumer
- Establish editorial, narrative, and quality standards so paid creator work feels cultural, credible, and on brand
- Partner across Brand, Social, and Performance teams to scale creator work from moments into always‑on storytelling
