Director, Territory Loss Prevention, EMEA (M/F/D) at Nike
About the role
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be a part of the Loss Prevention Field team within EMEA Nike Direct, while working collaboratively with the Retail Store Teams, Employee Relations, Human Resources, LP Operations, Retail Operations, Marketplace Operations, Brand, Talent Acquisition, Resilience, Risk Management, Legal.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Territory Loss Prevention Director will play a significant role in delivering on the Loss Prevention (LP) mission of Protecting People, Profit, and Brand. The nature of this work is focused on providing leadership to managers and applying business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ retail loss prevention experience, including 3 years’ management experience within a retail environment

Senior experience in developing and executing Loss Prevention strategies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive results across multi-layered organizations
-
Proven ability to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business

Skilled in leading and influencing across teams/organizations
-
Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid certification preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a leader of the Loss Prevention team, you will deliver the future of Loss Prevention for our Nike Direct Stores.

Contribute to the development of the geography’s strategy and vision and organize resources to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, growth and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lead and develop Territory business strategy and provide insights and trends to inform Geography strategies.

Select, lead, train, and develop a world class team to achieve business goals.

Implement and/or drive controls and programs that protect the brand, limit disruptions, reduce shrinkage and other risks that inhibit profitability.

Communicate a vision and clear line-of-sight into how Loss Prevention advances Nike Direct’s strategy.

Responsiveness for off-hour, on-call incident management support for the EMEA Central Territory Direct business

Regularly check in with Senior Loss Prevention Director (SLPD) and provide updates on territory activity

Role requires business travel up to 60% of the time
