WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou’ll sit within Nike’s Global Energy Footwear organization, a fast-moving team at the intersection of culture, product, and brand. You’ll partner closely with Design, Product Creation, Merchandising, Energy Marketing, and senior functional leaders, reporting into Footwear leadership while influencing across a highly matrixed global network and external collaborators.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for an expert Product Line Manager with deep footwear credibility and a sharp product instinct. Just as important, they bring a genuine connection to sport, culture, and creativity—and the energy to travel, show up, and lead in the moments that matter most.
- 8+ years of experience in the footwear industry, with a strong background in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- Proven footwear product line management expertise, including briefing, line planning, and calendar leadership
- Experience working with external collaborators, cultural partners, or talent
- Open to frequent travel, including occasional short-notice travel
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You’ll lead a focused, high-impact line of Global Energy Footwear, owning it from brief to market. You’ll shape product that shows up at the right cultural moments, moves fast, and sets the bar for excellence across Nike Energy.
- Own and lead a defined Global Energy Footwear product scope end-to-end
- Brief and line plan in close partnership with Design, Product Creation, Merchandising, and Brand
- Serve as the footwear subject matter expert for your Energy line, aligning teams to the Footwear Creation Process and calendar
- Partner with Energy Marketing to deliver product tied to key seasonal and cultural moments
- Navigate quick-turn, ad‑hoc business needs with clarity and urgency
- Collaborate with external partners and cultural talent to bring pinnacle footwear to life
