WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will report to the Senior Director of Nike Japan’s Sales Department and supports the Wholesale business. This role will be in charge of Sportswear Specialty accounts and work with cross-functional team members to propose appropriate products, and grow Nike's wholesale business.

Minimum 2 years of field sales management in the sports or fashion industry that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis.

Bachelor’s degree or higher education.

Strong interest in sport, youth culture, and street fashion.

Experience in successfully implementing various sales programs, policies, procedures, and methodologies and in utilizing financial decision making, models and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.

Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.

Ability to think strategically and provides problem-solving solutions.
-
Domestic travel may be required to visit retail marketplace once per quarter.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in in English and Japanese), with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Sales Representative, you will co-create and execute sales plan for accounts with your team to grow sport, youth culture, and street fashion marketplace.

Take future orders from assigned accounts during Sell-In Sessions held four times a year.

Communicate NIKE's seasonal initiatives, while providing partners with the seasonal story, strategy, and product assortment to maximize sales.

Create, Lead, and coordinate the execution of seasonal business plans to enhance retail presentation and maximize NIKE’s business performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, apply, and track the sales strategies and key product launches to achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets.

Lead and manage the realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and identify new sales opportunities.

Understand, drive, and scale Retail Elevation across markets and find ways to leverage best in class examples across the team.

Partner with accounts to redefine their business and strategy, elevate the marketplace, and meet the needs of Japanese consumers.
