New RelicのSDRは、会社全体のセールスファネルを創出する重要な役割を担っています。お客様はNew Relicを初めてご利用になる場合が多いため、SDRはNew Relicの会社、サービスを印象付けすることでリードの質を高め、適切な次のステップを見極める必要があります。そして、お客様の課題を発掘し、お答えすることで、当社の営業部門を支えるパイプラインを創出いただきます。

This role requires
-
インサイドセールス経験1年以上、外資系SaaS企業のインサイドセールス経験1年以上の方が望ましい。

アウトバウンド、インバウンドコール共にスキルがある方
-
ペルソナを意識したメッセージ開発を積極的に実施し、チームにフィードバックできる方
-
セルフスターターで高いトランザクション量を自分で管理できる方
-
社内営業効率化SaaSツール(CRM、メール配信ツール、その他)使用経験があること。Salesforceユーザー歓迎
-
日本語ネイティブスピーカー / 日本国内での就業が可能な方(ビザサポートはありません)
