New Relicでは、当社のソリューションに対する需要の高まりに対応し、新たな顧客エンゲージメントを促進するためにインサイドセールスチーム(以下SDR)を強化します。

New RelicのSDRは、会社全体のセールスファネルを創出する重要な役割を担っています。お客様はNew Relicを初めてご利用になる場合が多いため、SDRはNew Relicの会社、サービスを印象付けすることでリードの質を高め、適切な次のステップを見極める必要があります。そして、お客様の課題を発掘し、お答えすることで、当社の営業部門を支えるパイプラインを創出いただきます。

これまでチームでの営業活動を重視し、トップパフォーマンスを発揮された方、インサイドセールス、営業職でのキャリアアップに強い関心を持っている方のご応募をお持ちしております。

今回募集するSDRの方には、成長市場における当社の中長期的な営業戦略を担って頂き、日本のデジタルビジネス市場に影響を与えることができる機会を提供します。

What you'll do

  • あらゆるチャネル、仕組みを構築・活用してのPipelineの創出

  • 業界・アカウント・キーマン分析

  • マーケティングリード情報の整理

  • アプローチ方法について営業とプランニング

  • アウトバウンドコールの実施とアポイントの取得

  • 見込み顧客へのナーチャリングの実施

This role requires

  • インサイドセールス経験1年以上、外資系SaaS企業のインサイドセールス経験1年以上の方が望ましい。

  • アウトバウンド、インバウンドコール共にスキルがある方

  • ペルソナを意識したメッセージ開発を積極的に実施し、チームにフィードバックできる方

  • セルフスターターで高いトランザクション量を自分で管理できる方

  • 社内営業効率化SaaSツール(CRM、メール配信ツール、その他)使用経験があること。Salesforceユーザー歓迎

  • 日本語ネイティブスピーカー / 日本国内での就業が可能な方(ビザサポートはありません)
