To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Technician located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Test Engineer, Test Technician role involves working on technical support for production lines, preventive and corrective maintenance, test equipment setup and indirect customer colaboration.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensures test stations are complete and fully set up according to customer’s requirements along with proper functionality.
• Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and improvement areas.
• RCA to main yield offenders for weekly quality meetings.
• Operator training when newly introduced to test stations.
• Perform investigations and trials for customer when needed.
• Setup test stations according to customer specifications.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power point, etc.)
• Schedule availability.
• Proactive.
• Teamwork.
• Kaizen experience.
• 5S’s .
• Schematics / Drawing skills.
