Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:

• 全面负责钣金车间日常生产管理，统筹激光切割、折弯、转塔、打磨等工序，确保订单准时交全面负责钣金车间日常生产管理，统筹激光切割、折弯、焊接、转塔、打磨等工序，确保订单准时交付与生产目标达成。
• 合理调配人员、设备、物料，优化生产排程与现场流程，提升设备综合效率、人均小时产量与生产效率，控制生产周期与在制品库存。
• 主导现场质量管控，监督首件检验、制程巡检与工艺执行，推动品质改善，降低不良率、报废率与返工主导现场质量管控，监督首件检验、制程巡检与工艺执行，推动品质改善，降低不良率、报废率与返工成本。
• 严格落实安全生产与6S现场管理，排查安全隐患，确保零安全事故。
• 管控生产成本，优化物料损耗、能耗与工时效率，推进降本增效与精益改善。
• 协调各部门，及时解决设备故障、物料短缺、技术异常等生产问题。
• 负责团队管理，包含排班、技能培训、绩效考核与团队建设。
• 完成生产报表、数据统计及上级安排的其他工作。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 大专及以上学历, 机械制造、材料成型等相关专业。
• 至少5年以上钣金生产管理工作经验。
• 熟悉钣金全工艺流程：激光切割、数控折弯、数控转塔、焊接、冲压、表面处理等。
• 能看懂图纸，熟练使用办公软件；有MES系统经验优先。
• 具备优秀的现场管理、沟通协调、问题解决与抗压能力。
• 责任心强、执行力高，具备良好的安全意识。
• 可以接受倒班制度
• 有基本的英文读写能力
