Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
• Trouble shoot process related issues.
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
• Evaluate and select semi automate and automate machines to improve the process.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
• Experience in attention in audits.
• Experience with Customer Service and countermeasures and analysis of customer complaints.
• Experience in Electronic repair and PCBA Industry.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Review processing methods.
• Experience working with teams.
• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
• Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
• Lead cost improvement/reduction programs.
• Experience APQP, PFMEA, PPAP
• Experience PLCs , Siemens, KEYENCE,
• Electrical and Pneumatic Schematic diagrams.
• 2D Drawings interpretation.
• Experience Solidworks Software.
