Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara North.Reporting to the Associate Production Supervisor is Responsible for providing daily supervision to staff, projects and/or resources. Ensures complete end to end development of assigned personnel (direct reports) and/or Operations project.What a typical day looks like:

• Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.

• May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.

• Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.

• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.

• Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.

• Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience in personnel management

• Impacts immediate (daily or weekly) operations of the team or functional area. Enhances and provides input to functional processes.

• Executes functional objectives at the site.

• Facilitates team in making group decisions. Approves and/or Makes decisions for sections/sub-functions. Decisions may affect sections/sub-functions

• Participates in creating functional processes or technologies

• Provides input to functional strategic plans and objectives for site.
